👉 NEOM – spanning 10,200 miles of resorts built with architectural excellence.
👉 Roshn – smart technology housing development scheme to build 400,000 homes, mosques, and schools.
👉 The Red Sea Project – a series of island resorts that will include 100 holiday villas.
👉Diriyah - a 7-square-kilometer UNESCO world heritage site that is going to house 21 restaurants, 6 museums, and 38 hotels.
👉 King Salman Park – expected to be the ‘largest urban park in the world’, spanning 16.7km of green space and 1 million trees.
👉Jeddah Central – 5.7 million square km of residential units, featuring four landmark buildings, including an arts center, an opera house, and an oceanarium.
👉Qiddiya Project – described as the ‘emerging capital for entertainment, sports, and culture’ covering 367 square km of entertainment areas, concert halls, and more.
👉Murabba – dubbed as ‘Riyadh's new skyline’, a commercial district built around a 400-metre-high cube-shaped skyscraper named Mukaab.
👉Saudi Downtown – Commercial and residential modern units and business bays are going to be built in 12 Saudi Arabian cities – Arar, Dumat Al Jandal, Tabuk, Hail, Buraydah, Al Madinah, Al Khobar, Al Ahsa, Taif, Al Baha, Jizan and Najran.
👉 Masar - A central 60-metre-wide pedestrianized street leading to the Grand Mosque in Makkah, the development will contain 205 towers.
👉 Al’Ula – UNESCO heritage in the northwest of the country described as "the cornerstone of the Kingdom’s cultural and touristic ambitions".
👉King Abdullah Financial District - 1,600,000-square-metre development will contain 61 towers and skyscrapers built for business.
👉Muhammad Bin Salman Non-Profit City (MISK) - a business incubator and a hub of innovation. It will house the Center for Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.
👉Seven – This development will be done in 3 cities, which will each include indoor arenas, arcades, indoor surfing and skydiving centers, and more.
